The proposal: Stu is many things but subtle is not one of them and as a result I knew he had a ring. After working away for a week at the mines, I came home to find Stu had set up the apartment with hundreds of candles and was waiting on one knee. It was all very romantic and the rest is history!
Hen’s night: Painting and wine at Cork and Chrome, all organised by the Matron of honour Jess. What more could a girl want! It was such a great night.
Buck’s night: it was a weekend at the Sunshine Coast, craft beer tour, organised by the best man Patch
Funniest Moment: Stu’s wedding speech written on a size 16 shoe box as we had moved house a few days prior and there was nothing left in the apartment to write a last minute speech on!
Special Memory: Ferne unfortunately signing the ceremonial wedding certificate in the groom spot. This will be a laughing point for many years to come.
Special thanks: Definitely a big shout out to Ferne’s Mum and Dad for all of their help in the wedding preparations
Advice for other brides-to-be: Enjoy the journey as it all happens way too fast on the day!!
About your Photographer: Lisa was amazing! Lisa wasn’t phased by our casual, laid back style and made it such an enjoyable photo shoot. I can’t wait to see all of the photos from the reception and all of the guests commented on how friendly Lisa was!
